Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange, voucher or refund. Please see below for more information on the return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, which can be seen on the Australia Post tracking information. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

EXCEPTIONS

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Scrunchies

Please note:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Custom measurements:
- As they are specially handmade to the customer and their measurements, they cannot be refunded, although they may be exchanged for a replacement that better meets expectations.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, your return will be processed. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit, debit, Afterpay or Paypal statement.

SHIPPING

Shipping is a non-refundable expense and will not be included in a refund. However, complimentary shipping is provided on an exchange or refund due to an item being faulty.
