Shipping & Delivery
- Tracked shipping is available for $8.50. You will be emailed with a tracking number that provides up to date notifications as soon as your order is shipped.
- Spend $50 or more to receive free shipping with tracking.
- Orders will be shipped in approximately 1-3 days after the date you've placed the order. Please note that all items are handmade to order and are not rushed to ensure quality is maintained.
- Once your order is shipped, the standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
- Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- If you are picking up your item in store, the address will be emailed to you once the item is ready for pickup.
- Tracked shipping is available for destinations all around the world and is a flat rate of $20AUD with tracking. You will be emailed with a tracking number that provides up to date notifications as soon as your order is shipped.
- Orders will be shipped in approximately 1-3 days after you placed the order as everything is handmade. Please note that all items are handmade to order and are not rushed to ensure quality is maintained.
- Once your order is shipped, the standard delivery usually takes 10-15 business days to arrive.
- Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
- All international orders will be shipped through Australia Post and once they arrived in your country they will be transferred to your local courier.
- It is a possibility that your country may hold your order in customs without any notice.
- Simone Tylee is not responsible for any custom fees.
- If an item is not to your satisfaction, you may return it for another item.
- Simone Tylee will not send an item if it is not up to standard - but in the case you believe an item is faulty, you will be asked to return the item for a full refund.
- All items must still have the tag attached and be in the original condition without any stains otherwise they will be returned to the sender.

- If you believe that your parcel has not been delivered, stolen or lost in the mail and the tracking option was not chosen, a store credit will be issued for your order.
- If you have chosen the tracking option, you will be issued a full refund after Australia Post has declared the parcel as lost, stolen or undelivered.
- This procedure is in place as of 13/03/2019 to deter fraudulent behaviour.
- During sale periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or flash sales, the regular time frame on shipping and production is extended.
- Due to high volumes of orders that are placed during these periods, orders can take up to four weeks to be made and shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders will be shipped through Australia Post.
- If you have chosen the budget shipping option with no tracking, Simone Tylee is unable to provide any up to date details of where the parcel is.

- All orders at 100% secure when placed. Under no circumstance will your personal details be passed onto any third parties. No credit card information is stored. Any information provided is purely for shipping purposes.
