Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your garment, for any reason, you may exchange it for another colour, size, item or store credit. All items must still have the tag attached and be in the original condition without any stains or damage otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. 

Refunds

Simone Tylee will not send an item if it is not up to standard - but in the case you believe an item is faulty, you will be asked to return the item for a full refund or you may order a replacement. In the case that your garment is faulty, the full garment price, including postage, will be refunded. As everything is handmade there are no refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or for impulse purchases.

Please note:

  • All orders are required to be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. The date the item is delivered will be attached to your tracking number.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for an exchange.
  • Simone Tylee is not affiliated with any events or festivals and will not refund you if an event or festival is cancelled.
  • There are no exchanges on custom pieces.
