If you are not satisfied with your garment, for any reason, you may exchange it for another colour, size, item or store credit. All items must still have the tag attached and be in the original condition without any stains or damage otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The cost of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Simone Tylee will not send an item if it is not up to standard - but in the case you believe an item is faulty, you will be asked to return the item for a full refund or you may order a replacement. In the case that your garment is faulty, the full garment price, including postage, will be refunded. As everything is handmade to order, there are no refunds for change of mind once the order has been shipped.
